I am excited to announce that I was recently voted by my peers to the Du Page Bar Association’s executive committee as the assistant treasurer. Du Page Bar Association is the largest county bar association in the United States.

Also, this year, I became the Program director for the Inns of Court. The Inns of Court is an invitation only organization made up of lawyers and judges. It was a great honor to receive both of these appointments.

He is the vice-president of programs for the Inns Of Court. The Inns Of Court is an invitation only association of lawyers, judges, and other legal professionals from all levels and backgrounds who share a passion for professional excellence.

Not surprising, Jeffrey M. Jacobson has been recognized in the newspapers and media. He was the first attorney in all of Illinois to have a non-custodian’s driving privileges suspended for not paying child support. In Federal Court, he was successful in creating new law that protects an employee from the employer when they retaliate because the employee has an order of protection against an employee. He has successfully sued counties, the sheriffs, state’s attorney and government agencies.

In the area of labor/employment, Jeffrey M. Jacobson has been able to settle on behalf of his clients in the six figures for almost 20 years. This does not guarantee any future outcome as each case is different.

LAW SCHOOL

In law school, he spent his non-class hours honing his teeth working for the State’s attorney’s office. Before graduating from law school, he already had several trials under his belt.

Mr. Jacobson presented to the judges and attorneys in DuPage county, Illinois the topic of Eavesdropping and how to handle an evaluator that passed away.
